Duties/Responsibilities: Develop, analyze, and communicate operational spatial data using ArcGIS tools, including the ArcGIS Desktop Suite and ArcGIS Enterprise/Online environmentsDesign, build, and maintain GIS products such as web applications, dashboards, surveys, and interactive maps to support operational awareness and decision-makingDevelop and manage ArcGIS Arcade expressions within GIS applicationsManage enterprise-level geospatial datasets, including data ingestion, validation, maintenance, and visualization of large, complex datasetsConduct spatial and data analysis to support mission-critical operations, reporting, and strategic insightsProvide GIS technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholdersEnsure accuracy, quality control, and timeliness of all geospatial products and deliverablesEvaluate and implement new GIS technologies and tools to improve efficiency and enhance data visualization capabilitiesSupport document development and staff functions as needed in support of Current Operations DivisionTravel as requiredRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geographical Information Systems, Anthropology, or a graduate GIS certificate (Associate's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience may substitute a Bachelor's degree)Minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceStrong proficiency with ArcGIS Desktop Suite, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS OnlineDemonstrated experience developing dashboards, web applications, and geospatial data visualizationsSolid understanding of GIS data management, spatial analysis, and mapping standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholdersStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality assuranceProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentClearance: Must have an active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Clearance and must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
