Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and identifying and implementing process improvements, including designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree/MBA or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), CPA/CA or similar certifications.
  • Experience with Quote to Report processes/systems, including master data management, order management, cash application, credit and collections, business recognition and reporting.
  • Experience with processes using SAP ERP (e.g., SAP RAR, BRIM/SD and S/4 HANA) and payment platforms.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and tailor messaging to various stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to apply data-based methods in decision making and strong business judgement.

As a Program Manager focused on Quote to Report (Q2R), you will play a key role in laying the foundation for the future of Finance within this process area. You will manage critical compliance or other strategic programs, document and transform Finance processes, all while driving meaningful change and making a lasting impact.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Finance and cross-functional teams to document process flows, define and monitor key metrics to measure business impacts, and propose improvements and transformation opportunities, with a focus on AI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to structure projects/programs, define goals and risks, assess budgetary and resource needs.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion and clearly track and communicate project status, risks, and remediation plans to executive stakeholders.
  • Implement a governance structure by establishing and leading various forums (working groups, director-level operating committees, and executive leadership VP steering committees).
  • Contribute to portfolio management by assisting with executive action committee material preparation, budget and resource management, status tracking and reporting.
