The Director, Global Investigations Services, will be a key member of our Compliance & Ethics team, responsible for designing, implementing, and continually improving our global investigation program. The Director, Global Investigations Services, will report to the VP, Investigations and will partner closely with all brands and subsidiaries globally to drive effective compliance investigations across the business.
In this role you will get to:
  • Work closely with the VP, Investigations to define and refine strategic priorities for the investigations program, and partner with all brands and subsidiaries globally to implement those priorities effectively;
  • Manage a docket of complex and sensitive investigations, including privileged matters, and lead the day-to-day management of the global investigations docket, overseeing concerns from triage and case assignment through case closure to ensure quality and consistency;
  • Drive continuous improvement of the investigations program by monitoring its effectiveness in detecting and responding to potential violations of law and internal policies, and by leading appropriate and effective responses, including engagement with law enforcement, where necessary;
  • Maintain comprehensive, current knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and developments relating to investigations across diverse jurisdictions;
  • Engage with senior business leaders, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders, including executive leadership, to communicate investigation progress, outcomes, and trends;
  • Leverage technology to enhance program effectiveness; play a critical role in defining key investigation metrics and developing processes to monitor and report on investigation outcomes and trends; and ensure consistent, meaningful reporting of investigation metrics; and
  • Lead other strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

What you have:
  • JD or equivalent required
  • Experience investigating complex compliance concerns in a matrixed and cross-jurisdictional environment
  • Experience designing and implementing company-wide investigation best-practices, including relating to intake of concerns, communications with concern raisers, conducting interviews, and drafting investigation reports that can withstand internal and external scrutiny
  • Experience supporting diverse and global team
  • Proven experience driving investigation excellence with large scale global programs
  • Experience working on a global team, capable of delegation, team building, and strategic leadership, driving alignment and consensus
  • Display highest levels of integrity
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentations skills and demonstrated ability to be clear and concise when communicating with global stakeholders
  • Proven success communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels globally

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $212,400-$259,600.
