You will contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases, work with sensitive regulated data, and collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
- Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
- Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
MUST HAVES
- You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time;
- 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, with strong expertise in either frontend or backend development.
- Experience working with or willingness to work on AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
- Experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated data, such as healthcare or fintech, is preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to solving complex engineering challenges.
- Experience using remote collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
- Strong software engineering foundation.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working in the healthcare domain.

- Flexibility: work 100% remotely with flexible hours that support focus, autonomy, and a healthy work rhythm
- Meaningful, modern projects: build impactful products using modern technologies alongside global teams and leading brands
- Collaborative culture: join a supportive environment with zero micromanagement where ideas are welcomed and contributions are recognized
