You'll be an ownership-driven engineer who uses AI coding tools daily to ship features end-to-end — from data model to API to UI — in days, not quarters. Client went from 0 to 700 customers in its first year and is closing a Series A, so you'll be joining at an inflection point with massive equity upside. You should come from a well-known startup or top tech company and bring the seniority to architect systems, catch AI mistakes, and own products fully.

What will you be doing?

  • Owning and expanding the compliance product end-to-end, building new capabilities with an AI-first mindset
  • Architecting new applications and making technical decisions — designing systems that scale as the company moves upmarket
  • Using AI coding tools (Claude Code) as your primary workflow, while applying senior judgment to catch errors and maintain code quality
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the product manager, founders, customer success, and sales teams to ship against real customer pain
  • Building across the full stack (~60% backend, 40% frontend) in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js/NestJS
