Van Horn Dealer Solutions (VHDS) is seeking a Training and Systems Specialist to support our dealership network by managing and streamlining back-end processes, ensuring our stores can focus on what they do best — selling! This role plays a key part in improving efficiency, supporting finance operations, and ensuring smooth system integrations across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct foundational new hire sales training

  • Manage and support Contracts in Transit (CITs)

  • Maintain and develop banking relationships and ensure proper contract completion

  • Manage system setups in Dealertrack, Tekion, VinSolutions, RouteOne, Impact, warranty companies, and digital retailing tools

  • Assist in the development of training materials with the Senior Directors of Variable and Fixed Operations

  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and training/warranty partners

  • Provide finance system support to dealerships

  • Update and manage forms and compliance documents across all locations

  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and proper documentation procedures

Education
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


Qualifications and Experience
  • Sales experience preferred

  • Training experience preferred

  • Valid and active driver’s license required

  • Experience in dealership operations, F&I, or automotive systems preferred

  • Strong understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM tools

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related digital platforms
