The Director of Community Financial Services leads a municipal advisory and financial management practice serving rural communities and public entities, overseeing a portfolio representing more than $7 million in revenue. The role provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in areas such as audit readiness, budgeting, financial planning, internal controls, and outsourced finance support to strengthen community fiscal sustainability and compliance.
