Job description

Job Summary
Financial Shared Services Specialist performs vendor or customer account creations and master data updates as requested by the business and credit department.
Responsibilities
Essential functions
  • Complete customer or vendor account setup.
  • Process all incoming business requests related to customer or vendor master data.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key partners.
  • Performs problem solving on data issues.
  • Performs all aspects of the job as accurately and efficiently as possible while providing service excellence.

Non-essential functions
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or other designate.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or 2-yr minimum relevant work experience, required.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms) required.
  • SAP system knowledge preferred.

Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills include being competent, accurate, responsive, and engaged.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work to meet specific service levels.
  • Accounting and control concepts related to data integrity.
