Job description

Endries International, Inc., a leading distributor of fasteners and other Class C commodities and provider of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide, is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Based in Brillion, Wisconsin, with hybrid flexibility available following the initial onboarding and transition period, this role reports to the Chief Financial and Legal Officer.

As a key member of the finance leadership team, the Director of FP&A will lead financial planning, forecasting, business analytics, and executive decision support across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions, enhance business performance, and help shape the future of a growing global organization.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Lead and advance enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis capabilities.

  • Drive the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.

  • Enhance executive and Board reporting through meaningful financial insights and business narratives.

  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting that improve organizational visibility and decision-making.

  • Expand the use of automation, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, evaluate investments, manage risk, and support strategic initiatives.

  • Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations that drive business performance.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

  • Contribute to the continued development of a high-performing finance organization positioned to support the company's long-term objectives.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strategic finance leader with a strong foundation in financial planning, business performance management, and analytics. They combine intellectual curiosity with sound business judgment and enjoy partnering with leaders across the organization to solve complex business challenges.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).

  • Significant progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or business analytics, including leadership experience.

  • Proven success leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance reporting.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.

  • Experience leveraging business intelligence, analytics, and financial technologies to improve organizational performance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.

  • Experience within a manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similar operating environment preferred.
