Job description

Want to lead a team that keeps Spectrum vehicles safe, reliable and cost effective? As Manager, Fleet at Spectrum, you'll oversee vehicle maintenance, title management, purchasing and fuel programs while providing analysis and reporting to control costs and support operations. Your work will directly improve fleet availability and operating efficiency.


How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact

  • Plan, direct and coordinate the vehicle maintenance and repair program for company owned vehicles including preventative maintenance and vehicle replacement programs
  • Prepare and deliver in-service training programs for new team members
  • Provide analytical and reporting support related to maintenance and fuel expense inventory tracking and cost analysis
  • Process vehicle transactions including vehicle ordering delivery and vouchering purchases, employee vehicle sales, disposal and negotiate with leasing and lending firms
  • Receive and process vehicle accident and damage reports and maintain vehicle titles and title information in the fleet database
  • Act as the corporate liaison with fleet maintenance and fuel management companies and represent Spectrum with local and national groups on fleet matters
