What We're Looking For:

As Event Staff, you will be an invaluable part of creating a memorable experience for our event attendees. Your outstanding job will involve seamlessly scanning tickets, guiding guests to their seats, and maintaining a secure and delightful atmosphere.

Job Duties:

  • Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner, acknowledging them upon arrival
  • Scan and validate tickets for entry into the event venue
  • Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring smooth flow of guests
  • Assist with crowd control and directing guests to their seats
  • Manage the flow of guests to avoid overcrowding, maintaining a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests
  • Responding to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and with courtesy by providing excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Effectively communicating information verbally regarding the event and venue
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, reporting any suspicious activity or safety concerns
  • Interacting with other employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintaining a level of patience with guests (complaints, lost items, general directions)
  • Assist with any additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the event

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and navigate large crowds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
