EGC Construction employs more than 120 skilled craft workers that focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction. We offer general, commercial and industrial construction including electrical work, millwrights, pipe fitters and structural steel detailers.

We are currently seeking a piping foreman for the Process/Utility Piping Systems in the Food and Beverage and Pharmaceutical Industries.
What You Will Do:
  • Mentor and help to grow lead craft workers
  • Manage contract administration (subcontract/field management meeting for communication)
  • Develop a program to maintain good client relations involving staff on site
  • Initiate and attend supplementary and regular meeting with client for problem resolution and planning
  • Oversee and approve the month job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections
  • Review, approve and negotiate change orders
  • Develop and implement a plan for project completion and turnover
  • Maintain daily for record keeping purposes
  • Ensure that all performance evaluation are completed in a timely fashion for direct reports
  • Recommend, where appropriate, organizational, policy and procedural or staff changes

What You Will Bring:
  • 8+ years construction experience (3+ years in a foreman/leadership capacity)
  • OSHA 30 Certified
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding procedures and software programs
  • Ability to identify and help resolve any problems that may arise
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience in leadership, safety, negotiations, planning and contract administration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Candidates must have transportation
  • Be willing to work within a 50-mile radius. Willingness to travel to other states for work is a plus!
  • Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
