Description

We are looking for an Educational Evaluator to join our team. As an Educational Evaluator, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs and services. This position requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of educational evaluation concepts and techniques. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving education and has experience working in various educational settings.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations of educational programs and services to assess their effectiveness
  • Design and implement evaluation plans and protocols
  • Collect and analyze data using a variety of methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups
  • Prepare reports detailing evaluation findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with program directors, educators, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners involved in educational programs and services
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in educational evaluation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, statistics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting evaluations of educational programs and services
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of educational policies, programs, and initiatives at the local, state, and national levels.
