What we need:
The Director, Consumer Digital Experience is responsible for leading Mohawk's consumer-facing digital ecosystem, including brand websites, product discovery tools, lead generation platforms, dealer locators, and future digital commerce experiences. What you'll do:
  • Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of Mohawk's consumer-facing digital platforms.
  • Lead development and optimization of brand websites and supporting digital experiences across the Mohawk family of brands.
  • Create intuitive customer journeys that improve product discovery, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing to activate campaigns and product launches across digital platforms.
  • Support retail, dealer, builder, and commercial channels through digital experiences that drive qualified demand.
  • Lead digital analytics and reporting functions responsible for website, campaign, and platform performance measurement.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting to guide business decisions.
  • Measure and optimize paid media effectiveness in partnership with Brand Marketing.
  • Drive conversion optimization, testing, personalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop strategies that improve discoverability across search engines, AI-powered search, and emerging commerce channels.
  • Partner with Technology teams to prioritize platform enhancements and deliver scalable digital solutions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for digital platforms, analytics, and optimization.
  • Manage agency relationships, budgets, project priorities, and digital investments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Technology teams to align priorities and execution.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital commerce, digital experience, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing large-scale customer-facing digital platforms and website ecosystems.
  • Experience utilizing analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement to drive business results.

What you're good at:
  • Strong understanding of customer journey management and digital experience strategy.
  • Knowledge of website platforms, analytics tools, SEO, paid media measurement, and digital technologies.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable digital solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven search, digital discovery, and emerging commerce trends.

What else?
