As Senior Director, Residential Connectivity Sales at Spectrum, you will shape the future of residential connectivity by developing strategies that expand our customer base and optimize market reach. Your leadership will guide the Direct Sales Department to surpass targets, ensuring lasting impact on Spectrum’s growth and customer experience.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Lead and mentor Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Supervisors in crafting customer-focused sales strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans that exceed customer growth and revenue targets
  • Communicate plans, strategies and performance metrics to field teams, monitoring and evaluating results
  • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting to align with Spectrum’s business goals
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train and guide Direct Sales staff, keeping teams informed of current market offers
  • Assign territories for residential and MDU Relationship Executives to maximize market penetration
  • Address personnel matters, including performance appraisals, coaching and safety training
  • Contribute to the development of Spectrum’s training curriculum and sales strategy
