About the Role
  • Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
  • Apply finish work as needed for every application
  • Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
  • Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
  • Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Key Qualifications
  • 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
  • Knowledge of residential kitchens, cabinet installation, countertop installation, and refacing
  • Established LLC or Business
  • General liability and worker's compensation insurance
  • Must have a van, shuttle, or enclosed trailer to haul material
  • Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
