Full-Time | Richardson, TX Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Occasional overtime and site visits as required

What You'll Lead

  • Directing commercial HVAC controls installation projects from kickoff through completion
  • Coordinating labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project timelines
  • Serving as the primary liaison between customers, contractors, field personnel, and internal teams
  • Reviewing construction documents, project specifications, schedules, and submittals
  • Managing controls technicians, electricians, programmers, and installation crews
  • Monitoring budgets, job costs, change orders, and project progress
  • Conducting regular jobsite visits and participating in construction meetings
  • Supporting startup activities, commissioning, and successful project turnover

What We're Looking For

  • Five or more years managing commercial HVAC controls, building automation, or mechanical/electrical construction projects
  • Strong understanding of BAS/BMS systems, DDC controls, and commercial HVAC applications
  • Experience leading field installation teams and coordinating subcontractors
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and construction documents
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, and project financials
  • Experience with platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, ABB, or similar systems is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
