The Director, Digital Consulting Services serves as the critical bridge between business needs and digital capability activation. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate the organization's digital portfolio into practical, high-impact use cases, ensuring capabilities are effectively adopted, implemented correctly, and deliver measurable value. Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on enabler, this leader drives continuous engagement with the business to surface opportunities, address unmet needs, and inform future technical product and digital capability development.
Responsibilities
  • Utilizes adoption strategies that move beyond awareness to practical, value-driven application within day-to-day operations.
  • Partners with stakeholders to translate the existing portfolio of digital tools and platforms into clear, actionable use cases aligned to business priorities.
  • Educates and guides stakeholders on available capabilities, ensuring stakeholders understand how to effectively leverage them to drive outcomes.
  • Provides hands-on guidance and light technical support to ensure capabilities are deployed correctly and function as intended.
  • Diagnoses and resolves adoption or implementation challenges, minimizing friction and accelerating time to value.
  • Translates business insights into actionable recommendations and feed them back to technical product teams to inform roadmap evolution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in consulting, digital transformation, technology enablement, business relationship management, or a related field, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate organizational needs into scalable digital solutions and high-value use cases.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital adoption and capability activation strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and sustained utilization.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, enterprise technologies, product ecosystems, and business process optimization, with the ability to align capabilities to strategic priorities.
  • Experience providing consultative guidance, stakeholder education, and light technical support to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and value realization of digital capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success identifying adoption barriers, diagnosing implementation challenges, and developing solutions that improve user experience, accelerate adoption, and maximize return on digital investments.
  • Exceptional leadership, consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate business insights into actionable recommendations that inform product strategy and roadmap evolution.
