Reporting to the Director of Digital Product Analytics, this role is responsible for operationalizing analytics strategy and ensuring high‐quality measurement, analysis, experimentation, and insights are delivered consistently and at scale. This role leads a team while remaining hands‐on, combining strong technical expertise with people leadership to drive actionable insights, improve digital experiences, and support measurable improvements in adoption, conversion, and digital revenue.**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Lead execution of digital product analytics across assigned web and app experiences, ensuring analyses of customer behavior, funnels, engagement, adoption, and conversion are accurate, timely, and actionable in support of product and business priorities* Translate digital analytics strategy and priorities into detailed execution plans, owning delivery of the analytics lifecycle from KPI definition and measurement requirements through implementation support, data validation, analysis, and insight delivery* Provide hands-on technical leadership across analytics and measurement, including writing and reviewing SQL and Python analyses, developing and validating tagging and data layer implementations, troubleshooting data quality issues, and ensuring analytical rigor across team outputs* Manage and develop a team, setting clear expectations, prioritizing work, reviewing analyses for quality and business relevance, and coaching team members to strengthen technical, analytical, and storytelling skills* Partner closely with Product, UX, Technology, and Commercial teams to support analytics requirements for digital initiatives, enhancements, releases, and experimentation; ensure analytics considerations are incorporated into product development workflows* Oversee execution of experimentation measurement and optimization efforts, ensuring A/B and multivariate tests are properly instrumented, analyzed, and synthesized into clear recommendations and learning loops that inform product decisions* Apply and enforce analytics governance and standards established by the Director, ensuring consistent KPI definitions, documentation, QA processes, and reporting practices across teams and digital products**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** The ideal candidate has at least five years of prior relevant experience in digital, product, or analytics roles, with demonstrated success driving business outcomes through operational insights and analytics required* They have experience leading analytics teams or senior individual contributors, including delivery management, prioritization, and quality review preferred* They bring a strong understanding of digital analytics and measurement tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent platforms preferred* They have strong hands-on experience writing and executing SQL and Python, and working with modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Databricks or similar) preferred* They have experience in supporting experimentation or A/B testing analysis, including defining success metrics and translating results into actionable recommendations preferred* They have proven experience analyzing web and mobile app behavior, including funnels, conversion, engagement, and customer journeys preferred**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more!* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking on and off shift* Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:**https://mgmresorts.marketpayjobs.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&jobcode=12890Are you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**?
