  • Define and operationalize what constitutes a strong educational content partner within the CRD ecosystem, including partner evaluation criteria, content acceptance standards, and LMS readiness expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, facilitators, vendors, contractors, and external partners to design and deliver learning experiences aligned to CRD standards and learner needs.
  • Manage external vendors, contractors, and SMEs from concept development through content production, launch, and delivery.
  • Convert live and recorded webinars into structured digital learning experiences with clear learning objectives, assessments, interactive elements, and supporting resources.
  • Work with instructors and facilitators to strengthen webinar engagement, learner participation, and instructional effectiveness.
  • Analyze existing educational assets including courses, webinars, videos, guides, and supplemental materials to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and evolving into new learning experiences.
  • Apply instructional design, adult learning, learning science, and learning experience design (LXD) principles to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and instructional effectiveness.
  • Leverage learner data, analytics, and engagement insights to identify trends, optimize course offerings, improve learning experiences, and inform content decisions across multiple learning formats.
  • Implement and champion best practices related to LMS functionality, accessibility, branding, digital learning operations, and instructional design quality.
  • Work closely with the Director of Learning & Development to execute CRD's educational strategy, ensuring alignment with learner needs, business priorities, and organizational goals.
  • Serve as a senior learning consultant and key contributor within the CRD Education team by collaborating across initiatives, sharing best practices, providing thought leadership and constructive feedback, contributing to innovation, continuous improvement, and a culture of learning and professional development.
