What Youโ€™ll Do:

The DC (Data Center) Program and Cost Management team is the operational planning team responsible for the program management across the entire lifecycle of CoreWeave's data centers, ensuring strategic program objectives are translated into successful outcomes.

About the role:

We are seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the execution, coordination, governance, and driving outcomes for Data Center Operations tools used across CoreWeave's portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between DC Operations and our IT, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Applications teams โ€” ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking progress against objective and governance for the platforms that DC Ops runs on, including DCIM, ITSM/Jira ticketing, Project Controls, CMMS, asset management, and adjacent business systems.

You will not be writing code or administering servers. Instead, you will execute on operational pain points into clear product requirements, drive cross-functional alignment on tool selection and workflow design, partner with IT and Systems Engineering to deliver implementations, and own the change management, training, and adoption that make those tools work in production. As a Business Systems Manager on the DC Ops Cost and Program Management team, you are the bridge between how DC Ops works on the ground and how our internal systems are built to support it.

  • Program Execution: Lead the execution of business systems initiatives supporting Data Center Operations from project kickoff through production deployment. Develop implementation plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage project schedules, track risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery against established milestones.
  • IT & Systems Engineering Partnership: Serve as the single point of contact between DC Ops and IT, Systems Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Security, and Data/Analytics teams. Translate operational requirements into technical specifications and translate technical constraints back to operational stakeholders.
  • Workflow & Process Design: Define standardized workflows and data models for core Data Center Operations processes โ€” work order intake and dispatch, change management, incident and problem management, asset lifecycle, capacity and inventory tracking, project intake and stage-gating, and cost and schedule controls. Drive consistency across sites and regions.
  • DCIM Ownership: Manage deployment and enhancement activities for DCIM capabilities supporting, covering asset and capacity tracking, power and cooling visibility, rack-level inventory, and integration with networking and procurement systems. Drive vendor evaluation, implementation, and ongoing data quality.
  • Jira / ITSM Ticketing: Direct implementation and enhancement of Jira (or equivalent ITSM platforms) supporting operational ticketing, project tracking, workflows, reporting, and automation. Work with system administrators and technical teams to ensure operational requirements are successfully implemented.
  • Project Controls Platforms: Partner with the DC Ops PMO and Construction teams to select, configure, and operationalize project controls platforms covering schedule, cost, change order, document control, and reporting workflows.
  • CMMS: Drive selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of the CMMS platform
