Director, Enterprise Systems & Data

LAKE Weekend Wear, LLC

Savannah, GA

$99K - $123K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 25 days ago

Job description

At LAKE, thoughtful design extends beyond the sleepwear and daywear we create. It shapes the systems we build, the decisions we make, and the way information moves throughout the business. As Director, Enterprise Systems & Data, you will lead the continued development of the technology foundation that supports LAKE-bringing structure to complexity, strengthening the connections between our systems, and creating the visibility required to support a growing brand. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy and will shape how information moves across LAKE, how our systems work together, and how we intentionally build for the future. You will serve as the steward of our enterprise technology ecosystem, with responsibility for NetSuite, systems integrations, data architecture, reporting infrastructure, and the technology decisions that support our brand vision.

Who You Are

  • You are equally comfortable discussing architecture with executives and solving technical problems yourself.
  • You know how to evaluate tradeoffs, avoid unnecessary complexity, and build solutions that can withstand years of growth.
  • You believe technology should create clarity, not complexity.
  • You have a deep appreciation for systems that are elegant, maintainable, and built with intention.
  • You enjoy autonomy and owning your impact to the business.

What You'll Do

  • Own the architecture and day-to-day health of LAKE's core enterprise systems, with NetSuite as the system of record.
  • Own and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
  • Define LAKE's data architecture strategy, including warehousing, reporting infrastructure, and the path toward scalable analytics.
  • Lead and build middleware and integration architecture so workflows are structured, visible, and easy to maintain.
  • Lead evaluation and selection of new technology platforms with rigor around integration complexity and long-term maintainability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical, shippable solutions.
  • Develop and manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, and scripts that support evolving business processes.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and integrations; diagnose and resolve issues quickly and precisely.
  • Lead system upgrades, releases, and maintenance with minimal business disruption.
  • Provide technical oversight to external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
  • Establish and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices; train and support internal users.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, technical leadership, or solutions architecture within a DTC or omnichannel retail environment
  • Demonstrated experience designing or owning a data infrastructure layer
  • Deep NetSuite expertise, including workflows, SuiteScript, saved searches, and system configuration
  • Strong experience designing and managing integrations using Celigo or similar iPaaS tools
  • Hands on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns
  • Prior experience defining architectural standards or technical roadmaps
  • Strong diagnostic, debugging, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alikeÂ
