Primary Responsibilities:
  • Development, implementation, and support contractual and/or performance guarantee reports
  • Develop both internal/external customer reports using SQL queries, Alteryx, and/or Tableau
  • Apply knowledge of operations and processes of internal business areas to reporting and data analytics projects
  • Data mining and analytics to identify service opportunities
  • Functions may include database architecture, engineering, design, optimization, security, and administration; as well as data modeling, big data development, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) development, storage engineering, data warehousing, data provisioning and other similar roles
  • Responsibilities may include Platform-as-a-Service and Cloud solution with a focus on data stores and associated eco systems. Duties may include management of design services, providing sizing and configuration assistance, ensuring strict data quality, and performing needs assessments
  • Analyzes current business practices, processes and procedures as well as identifying future business opportunities for leveraging data storage and retrieval system capabilities
  • Manages relationships with software and hardware vendors to understand the potential architectural impact of different vendor strategies and data acquisition
  • May design schemas, write SQL or other data markup scripting and helps to support development of Analytics and Applications that build on top of data
  • Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ Years of experience performing complex data analysis, report development, querying high volume data, and interpreting results
  • 3+ years of experience building and executing data pulls using SQL and/or other ETL Reporting tools
  • 3+ years experience building data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI)
  • 2+ years of experience in creating relevant databases (tables/fields/libraries) needed to source appropriate data
  • 1+ years experience communicating with clients to understand client needs and define report/analytics deliverables
  • 1+ years Experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifact

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medicaid experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
