# Regional Delivery Director (m/w/d) Data Center ConstructionThroughout GermanyData CenterVollzeit## **Your Tasks**PORR is expanding its data center activities in Germany and is seeking a senior leader to govern and steer a growing portfolio of mission-critical construction programmes. This role operates at portfolio level, providing strategic direction, delivery governance, and senior client interface across multiple concurrent projects, in close collaboration with the executing business units.* Portfolio-level delivery governance of data center construction projects across Germany* Alignment of safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance across executing business units* Early identification, assessment, and mitigation of delivery, commercial, and performance risks* Consolidation of portfolio-wide reporting on programme status, risk exposure, and commercial position* Senior regional client interface in coordination with operational project leadership* Support and alignment in contractual matters, changes, and escalations* Coordination of internal sourcing and allocation of executing business units for new projects* Advisory involvement in senior resourcing, succession planning, and capability development* Definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of delivery standards and governance frameworks* Structured capture and transfer of lessons learned across the regional portfolio## **Your Profile*** Degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, construction management, or comparable qualification* Minimum 10 years’ experience in large-scale construction projects* At least 5 years’ experience in mission-critical or data center environments* Proven cross-disciplinary coordination experience (civil, structural, architectural, MEP)* Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and Tier standards* Experience with large budgets and complex multi-project portfolios* Strong leadership, communication, and senior stakeholder management capabilities* Experience in international and multicultural project environments* Knowledge of German construction law and administrative procedures* Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or comparable) desirable* Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous## **Your Benefits**There are many reasons to choose a job at PORR:* **Happiness** – Membership in a highly motivated, collaborative team working together on challenging tasks and exciting projects* **Career** – Individual training and development opportunities to support long-term professional goals* **Extras** – A wide range of additional benefits and discounts enhancing both everyday work and leisure time* **Health** – Regular health initiatives and comprehensive insurance coverage through PORR CARE+* **Team Spirit** – Strong team cohesion through company events, networking activities, and sports events* **Job Security & Stability** – A secure and stable position within a financially strong and well-established construction group* **Personal Development** – Support for individual life phases, including sabbaticals and caregiving arrangements #J-18808-Ljbffr
