Clinic Director Job Description 
 
 
Job Title: Clinical Director
 
General Job Function: Manage a consolidated caseload, Oversee Case Supervision, Mentor Graduate Students, oversee TACT Specialty Programs as needed, and oversee the RBT Program.
 
Qualifications: Master's Degree, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, Board Certification, at least two years of clinical practice  
 
Essential Physical Requirements: You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and implement company-related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.). 
 
Service Appointment Requirement: The Clinical Director will have a quarterly service appointment requirement. The requirement is subject to change.
 
Working requirement: You will be expected to work 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule and must maintain open availability 8:00 - 7:00 pm.

  • Collaboration with operations to design enrollment requirements and schedule
  • Responsible for providing additional training, supervision, and support to technicians and BCBAs who have clients in the program
  • Collaboration with the Senior Clinical Director to improve and innovate the programs
  • Design and measure clinical quality standards with the Senior Clinical Director to evaluate the efficacy of the program
  • Regularly review and present data on metrics of the program (e.g., number of clients, progress towards goals, levels of supervision, efficacy of curriculum)
  • Conduct research related to group instruction, skill acquisition, and class-wide contingencies for problem behavior
  • Contributions to the TACT monthly newsletter through creation of marketing materials
