Job Description

ABOUT GLOBAL TV DISTRIBUTION

NBCUniversal Global Distribution is responsible for the sales and distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and streaming platforms in over 200 territories across the globe.  This includes a rich library of more than 6,000 feature films and 170,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, sports, news, animation, long-form and short-form programming, and locally produced content from around the world.

Using performance data and platform analytics, the associate will continuously refine content and formats, contributing to revenue growth while maintaining NBCUniversal’s editorial, creative, and compliance standards.

  • Regularly report to senior management on channel performance.
  • Manage workflow and scheduling via Airtable.
  • Ensure creative assets are labelled, archived and managed correctly.

  • Strong creative flair and originality with the ability to operate at volume in a commercial division.
  • Proven track-record in generating instantly arresting content at speed in a high-output team.
  • Ability to create clips and compilations from master files with at least intermediate-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail ensuring output meets a high standard.
  • Confidence in generating and championing original ideas.
  • Passion for generating assets that deliver high viewing and engagement.
  • Strong interest in the AVOD landscape and audience expectations.
  • Openness to feedback and the ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a growing, entrepreneurial unit.
