Director, Corporate Strategy

As a Director, Corporate Strategy reporting to VP, Head of Transformation Office, you'll play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that fundamentally transform how Nasdaq operates. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs that shape the future of our organization. You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, strategic, and passionate about driving change in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to drive accountability and progress.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risk and maximize adoption.
  • Partner with stakeholders across time zones and functions to ensure seamless integration and a positive culture for change.
  • Coach and support teams to build capabilities, foster engagement, and sustain momentum throughout the transformation journey.
  • Draft and deliver Executive-ready updates and communications on initiative progress.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation or change management programs in complex environments.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in program management methodologies and change management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP, etc.).
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with working across global teams and navigating cultural dynamics.

This position will be located in New York Headquarters and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $134,000 - $248,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
