Job description

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Procurement Finance, you will lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and data governance within the Procurement Finance Center of Excellence. You will drive automation, simplification, and scalable solutions that enhance financial reporting, data integrity, and operational effectiveness. You will partner across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Information Technology to deliver insights, tools, and capabilities that support both day-to-day execution and long-term strategic priorities.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, and cross-functional leadership to support external financial reporting, management reporting, cost savings initiatives, internal controls, working capital objectives, and risk management
  • Lead the identification and implementation of best practices, benchmarks, and process improvements to enhance efficiency through automation and simplification
  • Oversee the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing management of Procurement Finance systems and tools
  • Develop and support advanced processes related to pricing records, contracts, supplier source lists, and detailed pricing and cost models
  • Lead the governance and management of procurement master data across enterprise resource planning systems and forecasting tools
  • Drive automation and system enhancements to improve reporting accuracy, scalability, and sustainability
  • Partner with Information Technology and third-party providers to design and resolve complex system and data solutions
  • Serve as the finance lead supporting Integrated Margin Management processes and systems, working closely with brand teams and pricing partners
  • Build and evolve spend, pricing, and market insights through Power BI dashboards to support margin optimization and decision-making
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering strong cross-functional relationships and collaboration

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience, preferably within the consumer packaged goods industry
  • Experience in Procurement Finance, Procurement, Risk Management, or Commodity Markets preferred
  • Master of Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred
  • Experience leading automation initiatives, systems implementations, and program development
  • Experience supporting technical infrastructure and system optimization
  • Experience developing and executing implementation and change management plans
  • Strong ability to translate financial concepts into actionable insights for Information Technology and business partners
  • Experience with systems and tools such as SAP, Right Angle, Power BI, and related applications
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Experience leading month-end and quarter-end close processes with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, including the use of benchmarking and data-driven insights
  • Proven success working across multiple departments to deliver results and solve complex challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Compensation
Pay Range:$135,000-$200,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
