Gensco has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor at our branch in Bend, Oregon!
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supervising the day-to-day warehousing, delivery, and customer service functions of the Branch Warehouse
  • Responsible for Team building, implementing continuous education processes for all Branch Team Members, establishing objective and measurable goals, and clearly communicating these goals and standards to Branch Team
  • Recruit, hire, and train Team Members meeting Company standards.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude toward fellow Team Members and Customers
  • Comply with Company Standard Operating Procedures and maintain safe work practices and security
  • Suggest and implement improvements in warehouse cost management, best practices, and operational process design and implementation

Education/Experience/Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • AA degree preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2+ years related experience with Gensco or equivalent preferred
  • Prior direct customer service experience - desire to work directly with Customers
  • Excellent knowledge of the products Gensco sells
  • Understanding of Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery functions
  • Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately
