Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a reputable client partner seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator to join their team in Tangent, OR. This is a hands-on direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits, retirement options, PTO, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support receiving harvest, staging for processing operations, and picking/shipping product
  • Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Support receiving and distribution of goods to multiple departments
  • Accurately follow warehouse processes and maintain required documentation
  • Ensure package quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Cross-train in multiple positions to support business demands
  • Operate inventory, warehousing, and shipping system programs
  • Maintain flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Regularly operate a forklift
  • Occasionally travel and/or drive for business purposes
  • Maintain dependable attendance and assist with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid driverโ€™s license required
  • Ability to become forklift certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer and math skills required
  • Experience using warehouse, inventory, or shipping software preferred
  • General mechanical knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work in varying environments including hot, cold, dusty, and loud conditions
