Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with advanced knowledge of engineering specialism (e.g. mechanical), including installation techniques, engineering processes, prefabrication, and commissioning requirements.
Proficient knowledge of other engineering disciplines (e.g. electrical), ensuring effective coordination, collaboration, and system integration.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and dependencies to support efficient delivery and coordination of build elements.
Proficient in commercial management, including procurement, change control, cost forecasting, and programme impact.
Solid knowledge of planning and scheduling processes, including critical path, construction sequencing, and commissioning from pre-construction to completion.
Good knowledge of health, safety, and quality assurance standards, including safe systems of work and system commissioning/integration (BMS, IST, Cause & Effect).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to solve problems, influence decisions, manage resources, and support team development.
