Experience & Education:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in hotels or related lifestyle hotels
  • 4-year degree in hospitality management or sales preferred, or equivalent experience

Communication:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including electronic communication, we want you talking a lot to all our clients, guests and industry peers!
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace, lets start with English, but the more languages you know, even better!

Physical:
  • 8+ hours per day sitting at a desk/computer; stand and walk occasionally throughout workday, its always important to get your steps in!
  • Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 10 pounds occasionally, probably just a laptop and an occasional banquet chair!
  • Manual dexterity and repetitive motions required throughout workday, lets make sure you close that exercise ring!

What you'll be doing...
  • Using business intelligence tools and first-hand market insight, analyze competitive positioning, market trends, and evolving client needs to identify opportunities for growth within Lively.
  • Develop and execute strategic, data-driven revenue management plans, including rate positioning, group thresholds, space optimization, demand analysis, and market mix strategies that maximize total hotel performance.
  • Proactively solicit and secure business from new and existing clients through thoughtful, relationship-driven sales strategies aligned with the Lively brand and the energy of the OAK development
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the sales team, continually assessing individual strengths and opportunities while fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
  • Ensure effective utilization of selling guidelines to maximize revenue across all segments, leveraging cross-segment opportunities and on-property experiences to drive incremental revenue.
  • Coordinate and lead strategic sales efforts with both hotel and First Hospitality corporate teams, ensuring alignment with broader company initiatives and brand positioning.
  • Manage the full client contract lifecycle, including negotiation, solution-based selling, contract execution, and ensuring all details are captured for seamless operational delivery and billing accuracy.
  • Coordinate and conduct impactful site tours that highlight the hotel's design, amenities, and its unique integration within OAK-showcasing the lifestyle experience and surrounding activation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through intentional communication, uncovering both stated and unstated needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Promote Hilton brand loyalty programs, encouraging participation while strategically leveraging rate offerings, packages, and upgrades to enhance value and drive repeat business.
  • Partner closely with hotel departments to ensure alignment, flawless execution of client expectations, and timely resolution of challenges-delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience.
  • Always maintain a level of professionalism consistent with brand standards, while embodying the energy, creativity, and service culture that define the Lively Experience and its presence within OAK.
