Revibe Health specializes in hormone optimization and wellness therapies for both men and women. We provide evidence-based treatments for hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss utilizing GLP-1 medications, erectile dysfunction, and hair restoration.

Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Medical Director (MD or DO) to lead and support our growing team of medical providers across all clinic locations. You are a strong clinical leader who enjoys mentoring providers, building systems that improve patient outcomes, and staying ahead of emerging therapies in wellness and hormone medicine. You lead with professionalism, accountability, and empathy while maintaining high standards of patient care and provider performance.

Other qualifications we hope you have are:

  • MD or DO with active and unrestricted medical license
  • DEA certification with ability to prescribe controlled substances as applicable
  • Leadership or supervisory experience overseeing medical providers preferred
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence

What You’ll Be Doing:

As Medical Director, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring clinical excellence, provider development, and consistency of care across all Revibe Health locations. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supervising, coaching, mentoring, training and supporting medical providers across all clinics
  • Addressing provider performance concerns and participating in disciplinary processes when necessary
  • Establishing and maintaining standardized clinical protocols and treatment guidelines
  • Reviewing patient care practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and clinical excellence
  • Leading regular provider meetings and continuing education initiatives
  • Staying informed on emerging therapies, technologies, and evidence-based treatment options relevant to our patient population
  • Collaborating with executive leadership on clinical growth strategies and new service offerings
  • Travelling to Revibe locations to provide coverage, training and/or support as necessary
