Translate complex real-time performance data for quality of experience into impactful new features that maintain high-quality gameplay and resolve user issues rapidly. Champion the Cloud member experience: Combine customer empathy and insights with solid product domain expertise to ensure our backend cloud technology directly translates into a seamless, high-quality gaming experience for our members. Empower game developers: Effectively farm for dissent to inform decision-making, drawing out opposing opinions and leveraging context to deploy streamlined internal and external tools, improving developer workflows and feedback pipelines.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management or related business areas, with direct experience working on cloud infrastructure, backend systems, or streaming technologies. Proven ability to lead major new product initiatives or materially transform existing product areas with high business impact. Demonstrated strength in experimentation methodology, iterative product development, and analysis best practices, particularly regarding cloud streaming performance, latency reduction, and hardware capacity planning.

Proven ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and lead complex, highly impactful cross-functional projects from concept to completion. Demonstrates considerable subject matter expertise in cloud architecture and streaming protocols, and actively contributes to building knowledge among peers. Ambitious self-starter who deals well with ambiguity and a fast-paced, multiple-project environment.

Experience articulating project goals, product requirements, and results in clear, compelling, and actionable ways across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
