Job description

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox CorporationUnder the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.JOB DESCRIPTION

Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content - through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

We're a fast-growing, fast-moving media company at the forefront of podcast and video content. Our advertising partners range from major brands to exciting up-and-comers - and we help them connect with engaged, passionate audiences. If you're curious about ad sales, love media, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a hands-on, client-focused Director of Client Services to build and lead a team of Account Managers and Sales Assistants who own the end-to-end client experience: from campaign kickoff through reporting and renewals.

This is a high-impact, build-and-scale role. You'll partner closely with Sales, help shape how we deliver campaigns, and turn strong execution into long-term client growth. The right person is just as comfortable jumping into a client call or fixing a report as they are building processes and leading a team.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Build & Lead the Client Services Function

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Managers and Sales Assistants
  • Define roles, workflows, and best practices across pre-sale support, kickoff, execution, and reporting
  • Set the standard for what "great" client service looks like

Own the Client Experience

  • Ensure a seamless experience from sale kickoff execution wrap report
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and step in on important calls or escalations
  • Raise the bar on communication, responsiveness, and overall client satisfaction

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee all campaigns to ensure they're on track, on time, and hitting goals
  • Identify gaps early and jump in to problem-solve when needed
  • Create structure around kickoff, asset collection, and delivery so nothing slips

Partner Closely with Sales

  • Work side-by-side with AEs/Sales Management on pre-sale support (pitch input, packaging feedback, feasibility)
  • Ensure clean handoffs from Sales to Client Services
  • Help translate campaign performance into renewals and upsell opportunities

Own Reporting & Insights

  • Set the standard for campaign reporting and client recaps
  • Ensure insights are clear, actionable, and tied to client goals
  • Continuously improve how we tell the story of campaign performance

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 8+ years of experience in media, advertising, or client services/account management
  • 2-4+ years managing a team (or ready to step into a leadership role)
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on. You can build the process and also execute it
  • Strong client presence. You can confidently lead calls, present results, and handle tough conversations
  • Highly organized and able to bring structure to a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Deep understanding of campaign lifecycle (pre-sale through post-sale reporting)
  • Analytical enough to turn data into insights, not just reports

What Makes This Role Different

  • You're not inheriting a fully built machine, you're building and scaling it
  • High visibility with a real impact on revenue and retention
  • Opportunity to shape team structure, process, and client experience from the ground up

What Success Looks Like

  • Account Managers are clear on roles, executing well, and growing quickly
  • Campaigns run smoothly with strong organization and minimal fire drills
  • Clients feel informed, supported, and excited to renew
  • Reporting is sharp, insightful, and helps drive future business
  • Strong trust and alignment between Client Services and Sales
