The full-time Marketing Manager possesses excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. This position requires a lot of energy and excitement to motivate others. The Marketing Manager will provide key project support to the Director of Operations and Water/Fire Loss Departments. This position offers extreme growth potential.
The purpose of this position is to grow sales by the implementation of successful internal and external marketing programs and processes.
Essential Duties:
  • Responsible for developing the marketing strategy that will be put into place by Steamatic of Greater Greenville Companies. This is done by a commitment to research, creativity, and innovativeness.
  • Provide tangible, measurable impact and ROI for marketing department efforts.
  • Create and implement a contact management system for marketing and sales.
  • Oversee outside relationship management, i.e., with the insurance industry and commercial efforts.
  • Organize and implement client relations, including satisfaction surveys (interpreting data to adjust marketing efforts), client development activities, client skills training (continuing education classes) and special events.
  • Assist President and Director of Operations in creation and execution of advertising materials including accuracy and consistency. This includes targeted marketing for various services and products.
  • Assist with internal and external corporate communications, including promotions, growth, press releases and company image.
  • Maintain appropriate professional interpersonal interactions with employees, peers, and customers.
  • Attend on-the-job training and formal training classes to learn restoration and cleaning industry.
  • Training with in -depth knowledge of the Steamatic of Greater Greenville brand, so that you will know how to market it properly.
  • In-depth knowledge of all we have to offer regarding our products and services here at Steamatic.
  • A good handle on how to market on social media platforms for Steamatic.
  • Has a knowledge and understanding of how to form and cultivate relationships with agents, realtors, and more.
  • Assist with Brand Development with Owner & Operations Manager
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Team with Director of Operations to create and lead the most successful cleaning & restoration business in South Carolina!

Requirements:
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in knowledge of Steamatic's services and products.
  • Minimum of 3 years leadership and customer service experience.
  • Must be adept in using social media platforms
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Background in Marketing is a plus
  • Hours: minimum 40 hours/week.
  • Commitment to on-going learning and leadership research. Innovativeness, creativity, and a commitment to personal growth each day is required.
  • Create written goals for self, position and team members and do something every day to move in the direction of those goals.
  • Must have a great attitude.
  • Must be flexible.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.
  • Willing to assist in the office when we are in need.
