Job description

Senior Consultant – Construction Recruitment

📍 Location: CityCentre, Houston, Texas

💰 Salary: $80,000 base + uncapped commission

🏥 Benefits: Healthcare

The opportunity

The Texas construction market is one of the busiest and fastest-growing markets in the country, and we are building a recruitment operation to match it.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Houston team and take ownership of developing a profitable recruitment desk across the Texas construction market.

Centurion Selection is a rapidly growing executive search and recruitment firm specializing in the U.S. construction industry, with offices in Houston, Tampa and London.

Based in CityCentre, Houston, you will have direct access to senior leadership, genuine autonomy over how you develop your desk and the opportunity to play a central role in the continued growth of our Texas business.

What you will be doing

• Winning and signing new clients across the Texas construction market

• Generating vacancies and developing a strong pipeline of business

• Negotiating and agreeing recruitment terms with clients

• Building relationships with senior decision-makers responsible for hiring

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client contact through to placement

• Developing and growing a profitable recruitment desk

• Representing Centurion Selection professionally within the Texas construction market

Who we are looking for

• An experienced recruiter who can develop new business and generate revenue independently

• Someone confident winning clients, negotiating terms and creating vacancies

• Construction recruitment experience is preferred but not essential

• A confident communicator who is comfortable developing relationships over the phone

• An ambitious, energetic and commercially minded professional

• Someone motivated by targets, competition and long-term career progression

Why join us

• Uncapped commission with no ceiling on your earnings

• The autonomy to build and manage your desk with support rather than micromanagement

• Direct exposure to senior leadership and business decision-makers

• A clear career progression path within a rapidly growing company

• The opportunity to play a key role in expanding our Texas operation

• A business where strong performance is recognized and rewarded

If you are motivated by business development, competition and the opportunity to build something of your own, we would like to speak with you.
