In short, we manufacture and sell engineered chemistries as well as “design and build chemical processes” for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. We deliver transformational results.

Who we are.

Capital Resin Corporation is a 24/7 production environment dedicated to quality and customer responsiveness. We’ve had significant growth in the past few years and are continuing to build upon that growth. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing production support and technical expertise to the assigned process system including investigating production related issues such as troubleshooting product quality, extended periods of unplanned downtime, and equipment deficiencies.
  • Identifying cost reduction and reliability opportunities.
  • Providing support to quality and R&D teams on related issues such as evaluating process historian data, new product implementation, and participating in audits.
  • Developing, improving, and maintaining required PSM (Process Safety Management) documentation of assigned process systems
  • Analyzing long term process equipment reliability based on plant historical data and process metrics.
  • Providing engineering support to contractors and CRC maintenance for equipment repairs, modifications, and new installations.
  • Assisting as an engineering resource for the development of new products and the improvement/optimization of existing products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field will be considered.
  • Candidates should have 5 - 10+ years chemical plant experience in an engineering role, internship or co-op experience will also be considered.
  • PSM (Process Safety Management) experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office, AutoCad and/or AutoCad LT experience.

If you are a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for chemical manufacturing, we encourage you to apply for this position.

We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
