Overview
Lutron Electronics is seeking a high-impact Marketing Operations Lead to join our Channel Operations team at our World Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA, supporting our fast-growing mid-market channel through professional customer engagement while expanding our direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives. As part of the Shades Product Management organization, you will drive marketing operations, channel engagement, product commercialization, and growth initiatives that strengthen the customer experience and support business performance.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional product launch planning, channel communications, customer-facing events, training and sales enablement initiatives, and engagement programs. You will leverage marketing analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance while working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and support teams to enable scalable growth across both professional channel and direct-to-consumer experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing and commercialization strategies for Budget Blinds and the broader mid-market channel.
  • Support the development and growth of direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives, including customer acquisition, engagement, and optimization of the end-to-end consumer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and support teams.
  • Develop and execute channel communications, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, product launch communications, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead planning and execution of the Budget Blinds annual convention and other channel-facing events to strengthen customer relationships and drive engagement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to product and channel training programs that strengthen sales enablement, improve product knowledge, and support effective commercialization.
  • Leverage marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and business performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and inform revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Develop market, customer, and competitive insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product positioning, go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and channel growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and support scalable growth.
  • Support customer research, webinars, field engagement activities, and voice-of-customer initiatives to deepen understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Key Capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage marketing, customer, and business performance data to drive recommendations and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for each degree earned or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, channel marketing, product marketing, commercial operations, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately <10%) for customer visits and trade shows.
  • Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, customer engagement programs, or channel initiatives.
  • Experience managing events, trade shows, conventions, or other customer-facing marketing activities.
  • Experience with email marketing, digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience developing or improving training, sales enablement, or product education programs is preferred.
