Pacific Companies is representing an opportunity for a Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility physician to join an established fertility practice in the Los Angeles area. The practice is adding its fourth REI physician as existing providers continue to build volume and additional capacity becomes available. This is an excellent fit for a patient-focused physician who values meaningful relationships, strong bedside manner, and the opportunity to build a thriving fertility practice. The incoming physician will join an experienced, collaborative team with extensive fertility expertise and the infrastructure to support continued growth. Physicians can build their practice within a supportive environment that combines clinical resources, flexibility, and substantial long-term earning potential.

Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

  • Join 3 experienced REI physicians and an established fertility support team
  • Flexible location options with the ability to practice at one or both LA-area offices
  • Modern 12,000-square-foot fertility facility with advanced fertility technology
  • Clinical space includes 4 scan rooms, 2 surgical rooms and 2 embryo transfer rooms
  • In-house embryology infrastructure with PhD lab directors and 4 embryologists
  • IVF, retrievals, FET and hysteroscopy among clinical services offered
  • Flexible weekday schedule structured around procedures and consultations
  • Schedule may incorporate half days and weekend retrievals based on clinical needs
  • New physicians may begin around 5–10 cycles monthly, with 10–20 considered achievable
  • Base salary negotiable depending on experience
  • $1,500 per-cycle bonus
  • Senior/high-performing physicians can earn more than $1 million annually
  • In-house marketing support helps physicians develop and grow patient volume
