Director, Business Development
Boston, MA - Remote
We are a global CRO partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to advance innovative therapies and bring them to patients worldwide.

We're looking for an experienced Director, Business Development to lead strategic growth across the East Coast US region.
Reporting directly to the President & Chief Commercial Officer, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Phase I-IV clinical research services.
What You'll Do
  • Win new business and grow strategic client partnerships
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract award
  • Deliver capability presentations, proposals, and bid defenses
  • Collaborate with Operations, Proposals, and Executive Leadership teams
  • Represent Linical at industry conferences and networking events
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets while supporting long-term business growth
