Wir möchten Gelähmten Bewegung, Blinden das Sehen und Stummen ihre Stimme zurückgeben, mit dem Ziel, das Potential des menschlichen Gehirns grundlegend zu erweitern. Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und den Eigentümern bahnbrechende Produktideen und übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für ganze Entwicklungsinitiativen.
  • Du steuerst internationale Entwicklungs-Teams aus inhouse-Ingenieuren und Dienstleistern und verantwortest Budget und Timeline mehrerer Entwicklungsprojekte.
  • Du baust kontinuierlich ein Team aus A-Playern auf, die deine Projekte verantworten.
  • Du baust mit uns zusätzliche Entwicklungsstandorte, Fertigungsstätten und Technologieparks auf, um mit den weltweit besten Talenten die fortschrittlichsten BCIs zu entwickeln.
Dein Profil
  • Du brennst dafür, in einem Umfeld mit schnellen Entscheidungsmöglichkeiten die nächste große Innovation im HealthTech-Bereich mitzugestalten.
  • Du hast eine ausgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Führung komplexer Projekte und ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Entwicklung disruptiver Produkte und Technologien - ein spezifischer Hintergrund in Pharma oder MedTech ist nicht erforderlich.
  • Du hast mind. 5 Jahre relevante Arbeitserfahrung in einer Top-Tier-Beratung oder einem ähnlich dynamischen Umfeld gesammelt.
  • Du besitzt starken Drive, die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in neue Aufgabengebiete einzuarbeiten und kannst komplizierte Sachverhalte prägnant kommunizieren.
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit (mind. C1).
