American Fork, UT | Full-Time

Applied ABC is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the launch of our new ABA center in American Fork, Utah.

Location & Schedule 

Location: American Fork, UT 
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed) 
Work Arrangement: Remote during center launch, transitioning to on-site leadership once the center opens.

  • Monitor clinical quality, team performance, and center success. 

  • Foster collaboration with families, staff, and community partners. 

Build & Lead the Center 

  • Support center launch, growth, and long-term success. 

  • Recruit, develop, and retain clinical team members. 

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development. 

  • Partner with operations, recruiting, and outreach teams. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. 

  • ABA clinical experience delivering high-quality services. 

  • Leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience in an ABA setting. 

  • Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation. 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Passion for developing clinicians and advancing quality ABA care.
