Why This Is a Green-Flag Clinic

This organization meets our standards in:

  • Strong BCBA retention — confirmed low turnover over the past 12 months
  • Comprehensive benefits package — medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k all included
  • Robust clinical mentorship and peer collaboration — structured, recurring, and not just on paper
  • Dedicated admin support — clinicians are protected from operational burden and can focus on clinical work
  • Clear internal growth pathway — leadership advancement is built into the organization's structure

We don't certify everyone, and we definitely don't promote clinics we wouldn't work at ourselves.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are a credentialed BCBA
  • Care deeply about ethical, high-quality ABA
  • Thrive in a center-based, in-person clinical environment
  • Want structured mentorship and peer collaboration — not just a supervisor title with no support
  • Are ready to step into a leadership role and develop the next generation of behavior technicians
  • Value working somewhere that handles the admin so you can focus on clinical outcomes
  • Are interested in growing into a Clinical Director or leadership track over time
