  • Train, mentor, coach, and support direct reports and on-site team members.
  • Monitor equipment inventory, quality control, organization, and proper care of audio visual assets.
  • Partner with the Director of Audio Visual and internal teams to support process improvement, cost control, and profitability.
  • Review and understand financial and operational reports to help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote exemplary customer service to venue partners, clients, guests, and internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, venue contacts, and team members to support seamless event delivery.
  • Maintain a professional image and represent ON Services positively at all times.
  • Support and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
  • Complete required daily paperwork, reporting, and ON Site training.
  • Assist with additional operational, leadership, and venue support duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in in-house audio visual services, venue services, event production, or a related field.
  • Prior experience supporting or managing audio visual operations within a hospitality, venue, or event production environment.

  • Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read, understand, and use financial and operational reports to support business needs.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and office technology.
