Job description

Overview/ Job Responsibilities Entarian is seeking an experienced AV Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be required to: • Assess and provide recommendations related to effectiveness, standardization, systems solutions, engineering efficiencies, and design and technical solutions based on COTS A/V technology in accordance with AVIXA CTS-D, CTS-I and Extron systems; • Perform C4ISR engineering drafting, drawing review, drawing control, and related services required in the design of audio-visual equipment, systems and installations. Drawing shall be prepared in digital format using AUTOCAD software in accordance with Appendix Q1 of the NIWC SIPH v4.1; • Create, update, and maintain work products for A/V Systems to include System Design, IDP, ILSP, Platform SOVT, and other SIPH MILCON artifacts, as required (CDRL A003); • Provide input to Government for a BOM and cost estimates for various MILCON projects; • Assist in integration support to include design, troubleshooting and configuration of AV systems, (including Extron programming), as required; • Provide MILCON site support for infrastructure checks, monitoring installation, troubleshooting, and testing of A/V systems.
 
Salary Range- $120,000 - $135,000 Minimum Qualifications • Active DoD Secret Clearance • Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education & training relevant to task order tasking; • 5 years of experience in the planning, design, installation and integration of audio visual systems in government and industrial facilities to include conference centers and meeting rooms • AVIXA CTS-D and CTS certification • Extron programming certification • 2 years of experience with DoD design or installation projects
