As an Operations Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the store's operational efficiency while supporting the customer experience from behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for sales operations will help create seamless and effective back-of-house processes. What You'll Do:

Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Lead by example in all back-of-house operations, setting high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all tasks.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between back-of-house and sales floor operations to support overall store performance.

Inventory Management & Merchandise Processing

  • Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise check-in, stock processing, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and liquidation.
  • Implement procedures to ensure timely and accurate stock handling, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.

Visual Merchandising & Product Presentation

  • Manage visual merchandising processes such as floor sets, product replenishment, and ongoing maintenance to uphold brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with current promotions and trends.

Asset Protection & Inventory Control

  • Implement and monitor asset protection strategies to minimize inventory loss and prevent shrinkage.
  • Oversee accurate and timely physical inventory counts, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols.

Stockroom Organization & Safety Compliance

  • Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom, ensuring all back-of-house areas are clean, accessible, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Promote best practices for stock handling and storage to support smooth operations and maintain a safe work environment.

Sales Floor Support & Customer Engagement

  • Provide support on the sales floor as needed, assisting with POS operations and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
  • Greet and engage customers when required, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience and reinforcing brand values.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of prior sales support experience, including POS, inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment processing.
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • A natural problem solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexible with scheduling needs and can adapt to the business demands.
  • Bilingual in certain key markets (preferred but not required).
