Walts TV is seeking a Shipping/Order Processing Representative to join our office team. This desk-based role involves working on a computer throughout the day, navigating multiple monitors and using various software platforms and web-based systems to process customer orders for shipment.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with new computer systems, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties:Process orders for shipment within multiple TMS systems using carriers like FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and various freight companies
Accurately manage orders from online marketplaces and meet all processing deadlines
Communicate effectively via email, internal messaging platforms, and phone
Monitor and respond promptly to internal chats across departments
Maintain internal shipping reports and tracking tools
Respond to incoming calls related to shipping and receiving
Provide timely information and support regarding order shipments
Collaborate closely with warehouse and customer service teams
Qualifications and Skills:Comfortable using multiple monitors and navigating between different systems and software
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Mail, and Google Sheets
Familiarity with internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
Experience with marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, and Walmart is a plus
Must be highly detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
Dependable and committed to timely, accurate order processing
Must be able to type at least 50 WPM
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be available to work weekends and early mornings
