  • Emergency & Incident Response: Develop preparedness plans, lead crisis response, and oversee investigations.
  • Compliance & Equipment Management: Enforce safety laws, manage firearms protocols, and maintain inspection records.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate security staff, ensuring full coverage and professional performance.
  • Financial & Departmental Oversight: Oversee department budget, expenses, and department-specific reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Deliver briefings to leadership and collaborate with local authorities and neighboring properties.

What You Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in military, law enforcement, or senior-level private security management, or an equivalent background
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff and managing risk
  • CPR and First Aid certified; recent gun safety certifications preferred
  • Conflict de-escalation training or experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with security software, surveillance systems, and digital access control
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs, patrol on foot, and respond to emergencies
  • Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and urgency
  • Professional appearance and unwavering commitment to confidentiality
