Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant seeking a flexible way to supplement your current practice while making a meaningful impact in patient care? Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care is seeking skilled Advanced Practice Providers to join our Per Diem Weekend Team across Connecticut and New York locations.

• Commit to a minimum of two shifts per month (additional shifts available including evenings)

What You Will Do

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages
• Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based care
• Perform laceration repair, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, splinting, wound care, and other procedures
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare partners

Who We Are Looking For

Experienced NPs and PAs seeking a weekend position who possess strong procedural skills and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current State Medical License
• Controlled Substance Registration
• Federal DEA Registration
• NP or PA Certification
• Current ACLS and PALS certification
• Minimum one year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Experience with common urgent care procedures strongly preferred

Schedule Commitment

Weekend shifts: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Minimum commitment: Two weekend shifts per month
