Role Description The Additive Manufacturing Tech will operate and monitor 3D printers and related equipment in an on-site production environment located in Muscatine, IA. This part-time role includes preparing build files, loading materials, maintaining clean workspaces, and ensuring equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly. The Tech will inspect printed parts, perform basic post-processing, and document production results to meet quality and delivery requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve identifying and troubleshooting routine equipment or process issues, following clean room and safety protocols, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. The Tech will communicate status updates clearly, follow work instructions, and support ongoing process improvements.
